Spring Pea Hummus

  • 1 10oz. bag frozen peas

  • 1 16oz. can garbanzo beans

  • 1 bunch mint

  • 2 lemons

  • Tahini Paste (small) Optional

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt/Pepper

  • 1 Head Garlic

  • Poultry Herb Pack

Honey Whipped Burrata

  • 1 Container Fresh Burrata

  • Honey

  • Olive Oil

  • Chili Flake (optional)

  • Lime/Lemon/Orange (you pick your favorite)

Fresh Prosciutto or Any Dry Cured Meats You Like

1 Baguette or Loaf of Choice
